Unit House

The Nagawa unit house "Super House" is characterized by its all - welded steel structure, excellent durability, and environmental friendliness. Since approximately 90% of the manufacturing process is carried out in the factory, the amount of waste materials produced at the site is almost 0. Since it can be produced in the factory at the same time as the foundation work at the site, the construction period will be greatly shortened. We have a single unit type in which the finished product is installed as it is, and a continuous unit type in which units are connected at the site to expand the space. The standard product can be used for "new sale", "used sale" and "rental", except for the SH-E series.

Based on the standard product, it is possible to customize the size, floor plan, interior and exterior design according to the needs. We can respond flexibly while keeping the advantages of unit house.
