Since our founding in 1966, we have grown alongside our flagship "Super House"—the very synonym for modular housing—and we are proud to celebrate our 60th anniversary this year. We extend our deepest gratitude to all our stakeholders who have supported us throughout this journey.

We will continue to expand and evolve our business through Super House and modular system construction, embracing new challenges every day. We currently stand at a turning point as we adapt to environmental changes, and we view this period as a vital opportunity for new growth.

In response to the frequent natural disasters of recent years, we are strengthening our capacity to respond rapidly to regional emergencies by providing temporary housing and establishing disaster relief agreements with local governments. Furthermore, we are dedicated to realizing a sustainable society by focusing on four key SDGs most relevant to our operations: "Quality Education," "Affordable and Clean Energy," "Sustainable Cities and Communities," and "Climate Action."
At the same time, while closely monitoring the volatile global landscape, we are accelerating our expansion into overseas markets by leveraging our proven technical expertise. We are also actively integrating cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to enhance productivity and create new added value.
Marking our 60th anniversary as a new starting point, we will remain true to our corporate philosophy—"Bright, Energetic, and Positive"—and continue to pursue honest management and the creation of value that will endure for the next 100 years.
